Executive Functions Training

Executive function is a set of mental skills that include working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. These skills are used every day to learn, work, and manage daily life. When a child has trouble with executive functions, it can make it hard to focus, follow directions, and handle emotions, among other things.

We will explicitly teach appropriate executive function skills and strategies that will prepare your child for everyday life activities.



Critical Thinking and Reasoning Skills

We desire that all of our students are successful in and out of school. In order to achieve this, we make sure that our learners are constantly learning how to learn.

Through the use of materials from the Critical Thinking Co.™ we are committed to developing students’ critical thinking skills for better grades, higher test scores, and success in life. We do not teach through drill and memorization or teach to the tests—we empower the mind!
